Averi's school put on a Thanksgiving program where the kids sang songs, recited a poem, and participated in a story that the teacher was telling about the Pilgrims and Indians.
The two classes performed together.
Headed home
On Thanksgiving morning we had our traditional "Turkey Bowl" at the park. The kids and I played on the playground with friends while Doug got his morning workout in playing football.
That afternoon we went to the Daynes' house and had a delicious turkey feast complete with pumpkin pie and cheesecake! Then we all met up with some more friends at Harkins to see "Frozen". A friend of mine was SOOO nice to offer up her mom to watch the tiny kids while we saw the movie. It was amazing! :)

Averi looks SO cute! So does Kadence and I miss that green jacket! Sounds like such a fun holiday
